You are being invited to participate in a research study comprising an anonymous survey (IRB-approved) to evaluate the impact of gender-language in residency program descriptions on medical student perception of acceptance within medical subspecialties. Your participation is completely voluntary and there are no risks if you decide not to participate.  The survey should take no more than 15 minutes.
