Signing up does not require any purchase.  We need to get 25 students to sign up to be eligible for the school-wide discount.  Personally, I used all of COMQUEST and Truelearn to pass Level I, use COMQUEST for all the COMAT shelf exams during 3rd year, in addition to using it for Level II studying.
