[Cusom26] Integrated Quiz 2 - Information

Good morning Class of 2026,

The quiz file for this Friday's (Aug 11) Integrated Quiz 2 will be available for download starting Friday at 8:20 am EST. It will be available for download until 8:35am EST. Passwords will also be sent tomorrow morning. You will need to submit and upload your quiz by 9:00 am EST. Any quizzes submitted after that time will not be accepted. I would recommend making sure you download and take the quiz with enough time to ensure your file is uploaded by the deadline.

The quiz will be monitored using ExamMonitor. Please refer to the attached document for ExamMonitor instructions and procedures that apply to quizzes.

The quiz is 16 questions (Cardio 6-15, Resp 7-11, OMM 01)  and you will have 22 minutes to complete it.

The optional review will be 8 minutes and will be available from 9:05 am-9:20am. Question challenges will be due by 10:30 am.

If you experience any technical problems please contact Med Ed or IT immediately.  We will be available tomorrow morning ready to help by phone or email if any of you experience any problems.

Additionally, it is a good idea to restart your computer and run any updates tonight. This will help eliminate many potential problems at the start of the quiz. Below you will find the instructions for the repeated login request error in case you encounter that as well.

In Examplify, select the Home Menu at the top right and then click Settings.  This will bring up the Clear Registration screen. Select Clear Registration and let Examplify close on its own. You can then reopen Examplify and login again using your Examsoft username and password. (This is on any of the emails saying your score reports are available in Examsoft. You can also go to examsoft.com/cusom and select forgot password.)
