I know a lot of you are feeling pretty overwhelmed and nervous when I have seen you this week.
Just take a BIG breath.
Take the quiz tomorrow and learn from it.
Get a tutor or talk to your Big or other second year students on what worked for them studying wise.
Keep an open mind.
Don't be hard on yourself.
Give yourself some slack.
