Good morning,

Welcome (and welcome back) to CUSOM! I hope everyone was able to enjoy their breaks traveling, enjoying the sun and are ready to get into Blocks 1 and 5.

I am reaching out as PAVIV (Physicians Advocating for Victims of Interpersonal Violence) is starting off the year with a donation drive for Teague Home for Women. This is a nonprofit home for women who are survivors of abuse that serves to help these individuals reintegrate into society. These women learn essential life skills and regain self esteem during their transition. I have attached a list as to what the home really needs, however, feel free to donate other items such as toiletries not named, hair ties, clips, clothes, etc.

Unfortunately, TOUCH hours do not apply here however, this can be one way to interact with PAVIV and get brownie points when it comes to joining the club. In order to join the club, students must have two interactions with PAVIV (donate, attend events, etc.) Please, leave the items in the labeled box next to the security desk in the main lobby of Levine Hall. If you want to be recognized to start the process of being in the club, write your name on your donation and I will be happy to add you to the list.
