</b>Pick up for these tickets will <u>distributed in the Oscar N. Harris Student Union First Floor from December 1 – 15, 9:00am to 4:00pm</u>. DO NOT lose, misplace, or forget the tickets the day of as tickets
<u>will not</u> be reissued. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><i>The graduation candidate will need to bring their photo ID as proof of identity when signing for the tickets at pick up in person, as we will have a list of students based on

</b>All diplomas will be mailed in January for those completing their degrees in December. Please ensure that there are no Bursar’s Office holds on your account that would limit your ability to participate in the ceremony or to have your diploma mailed.

</b>While students can still academically graduate with a Bursar’s Office hold on their account, any graduate or graduation candidate who holds a balance on their financial account that has been flagged by the Bursar’s Office, will not be allowed to participate
in the ceremony. In addition, the student will not be able to receive the physical diploma or final transcript until the BO hold is removed. Please contact the Bursar’s Office to make sure all payment arrangements have been made and there are no holds/flags
