<p class="MsoNormal">I hope everyone is having a productive day, despite this unmotivating weather! I wanted to review some logistics for tomorrow’s Terminal Project Presentations so that I don’t waste precious time doing so tomorrow.<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">The first group (Group #2) will begin their presentation sharply at 8:00am after a brief introduction from me.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">If possible, please plan to join a few minutes prior to 8:00am so we can get started on time and stay on track, but I realize that many attendees may be floating in and out based on
their schedules (second years included).<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Prior to starting their presentation, students will be notified of the other faculty grader in addition to me.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">I will ask that all questions be held until the end of each presentation. At that time, if you’d like to enter a question, please type “stack” into the chat and we will go through
questions in that order. Once the presenting group finishes answering the question of the person directly ahead of you in the chat, feel free to unmute and ask your question.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Brief faculty feedback will be provided verbally after questions are answered. Detailed feedback will be provided via the rubrics.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">I will be the Time Keeper for the day and therefore will have all of the rights and responsibilities associated with such a serious role bestowed upon me (aka, I might have to bring
