<u>Tuesday, August 25<sup>th</sup> from 4-6 pm</u> the Student Affairs Office will be hosting a
<u>virtual student involvement fair</u>. Communities and organizations will have the opportunity to host a chat room for students to learn about, ask questions to, and get to know many of the options to get involved in CPHS<b>. A link will be available in next
week’s <u>weekly announcements AND CPHS Online Orientation</u> to access the virtual fair.</b>

<b><a href="https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/rz5l7wo17cq3b1/" target="_blank">form</a></b> by
<b><u>midnight today</u></b><u>!</u> <b>Every student that wants to participate to represent a community or organization, must complete the form</b>. There is a question that asks “Who are you signing up?” with two response options – student organization or
representative. If you are registering a student organization, please choose that response and more questions will populate to help us create your chatroom. If a representative has already signed up your organization, please complete the form and list yourself
as a representative so you will be seen as such in the organization fair (rather than being a participant). Again, in order to participate as a representative, you must complete this form so that I can give you access to do this. See snapshot below for reference.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
