<p class="MsoNormal">When it comes to replacement (i.e. can’t fix issue), it depends on warranty and Donald knows the details on this.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">In case student is away from Campus, they are to email me with what issue they are experiencing. After logging the case with they will decide whether to send a technician
or send it to a repair depot.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Depending on the issue a Dell certified technician will come out their location and make the repairs. If repairs are not able to be made onsite, Dell will ship a return
box to given address by the student. This address is also confirmed in the email to help reduce any mistakes from shipping. Upon receiving of return, there is instructions and a return label free of charge to the student to send to a Dell depot for repairs. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">This depot location is set by Dell and we have no control over where it goes for repairs. Repairs length is considered on numerous of factors. Upon completion of repairs
Dell will ship the device back to the student at the same address.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
