All,

Please see the message regarding exam soft and new software updates that are scheduled to come out in October. Please note that all students should only use their school provided laptop for exams. If for some reason you use your personal laptop and have one of the new operating systems either for apple or Microsoft installed, exam soft will NOT work until they release a new version of examsoft that is compatible with the new operating systems. I am sure more information will follow when that has been completed.

Dear Rachel,

Microsoft and Apple have each announced the release of new operating systems, which will be available in the near future; the timing of each is listed below. ExamSoft has not yet certified compatibility for any of these new operating systems with Examplify.

We are aiming to have an Examplify release available to certify these new operating systems for use with Examplify near the time of their launch.

Exam-takers should not update until we announce Examplify support for the new operating systems.

This includes beta versions that may be available to exam-takers prior to their official release dates.

Please communicate this information to your exam-takers to ensure they are able to continue testing without issue.

Windows Operating Systems (Expected early October)

  *   WIndows 10 21h2
  *   Windows 11

Apple Operating Systems

  *   Apple has not yet announced a release date for macOS 12 Monterey, however, it is expected to be available sometime this Fall.
  *   Apple will release iPadOS 15 on September 20, but please have exam-takers refrain from updating their device until we have announced compatibility with Examplify.
