[PT2021] Campbell DPT update

As we end a semester and enter the holidays, I wanted to provide an update on the happenings at Campbell DPT.

Yesterday was the DPT Convocation Ceremony for our Class of 2021. These 38 new DOCTORS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY will walk across the stage a few short hours from now at graduation - officially completing their time at Campbell. This is truly a cause for celebration for the graduates, their friends, and families. This class is headed out to begin earning those paychecks, and more importantly, making a difference in the lives of their patients.  Congratulations to the Class of 2021.  Well done!

While it may seem far away at times, the Classes of 2022 & 2023 are making strides towards graduation. It will be here before you know it. Our Class of 2023 is headed to their first full-time clinical experience in the new year, making an important step toward becoming a clinician. The Class of 2022 will return to campus in January for a short final didactic semester prior to starting their two terminal clinical experiences. At the same time, we will welcome the Class of 2024 to Buies Creek for DPT orientation on January 7, 2022. This time of year is always a marked by transition in our department but also filled with reasons to be thankful and celebrate.

Please take a moment to relax, refresh, and enjoy where you are on your PT journey in the coming weeks - you all have worked hard to be here.
