As we are starting the fall semester, we encourage you to think about an interest in participating in a CPHS committee. If you have any interest, please complete the form below.

Committee participation can vary based on the committee, but typically requires a commitment to attend meetings once a month and volunteer to facilitate/work on projects outside of the committee meeting time.
