Good Morning Betty Lynne-

I wanted to contact you regarding an available physician assistant opportunity in Mount Airy, North Carolina.  I am assisting a physician colleague, and former employer, in recruiting for his practice.

The position is in a non-invasive cardiology practice; the physician is a sole provider associated with a local hospital.   Duties would be primarily office-based, with some hospital duties that could evolve over time.  It is located in a very nice community and would be a great position for either a new or recent grad interested in cardiology.  Having worked with this cardiologist in the past, I can say this represents a great learning opportunity and very nice 4.5 day work week in a very congenial office environment, with a physician amenable to training.  NCCPA certification and North Carolina PA licensure is of course required.

I would appreciate your assistance in passing on this information to any interested students, former students or colleagues.  I would be happy to answer any additional questions and to forward candidates to the physician.
