Good afternoon all,

This will (hopefully) be my last email to you. We look forward to seeing you at the court crawl shortly! This email is long but detailed please be sure to read thoroughly.

Court Crawl

  *   No cell phones. Either leave them here, or place in bags and we will collect and give back at the last courthouse. Do not walk away and leave your cell phone.
  *   No bookbags or large bags.
  *   Any smartwatches must be silenced.
  *   No water bottles.
  *   After visiting 2 courthouses, you will receive water. You will also have water and snacks at bankruptcy court.
  *   The heat index is high. Take off jackets for the walk.
  *   Bring your ID.
  *   You will be going through security so no pocketknives, etc.


Tasks to complete:

  *   Westlaw, Lexis+, and CALI registrations
  *   Pick up your clicker from 2nd floor of library if you didn’t already
  *   Send in your final transcript (we’re still missing about 14 of these)
  *   Complete Publicity Release Form<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/2021-publicity-release-form> (still missing about 15 of these)
  *   Complete Current Contact Info<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/2021-current-contact-information> (still missing 53)
  *   Check out who your faculty advisor is on Self-Service
  *   These forms can be found on Podio, under Student tab, and then Forms
     *   Student Handbook Acknowledgement
     *   Oath of Professionalism
     *   Character & Fitness form (if you need to see your application, email Josue Jimenez)
     *   1L Employment Work Hours Form not required for FLEX

     *   ALL DUE SEPTEMBER 8th Failure to do so may result in honor code violation.

Recordings from last week, including the mandatory lunch, will be sent out when ready. It will likely not be until Monday.
